Open Door

We always need to keep our doors open but that doesn’t mean we take the door off the hinges and let anyone in.

The hinges are what keep us all protected from the draft of dejection and judgment. Sometimes a laugh or a smile is all the greasing that those creaky hinges need to keep one's mind in balance.

Flaming monkeys can be on one side of the door. But, then again, some of us enjoy the unexpected.

The open door is how a stranger can become a friend. And, a friend become another human being that can be trusted with our most quirky dreams.

  3. Regarding comment one:

That's quite a stab on our JB. As a friend in and out of the cycle studio, I take offense to that remark.
