Bombshell

Bombshell used to mean a buxom blonde with soft round curves; today it means someone is going to get a media thrashing.

Harlow may not have had a halo. But, even with that factor, she'd remain under the white feather's of an angel, compared to the so called stars of today.

Image used to be something that made a woman sparkle like gold. Today, it's how low in the gutter can a woman get to become a media sensation for the world's arousal. Soft round curves have been replaced with publicity stunts gone wild.

What's considered a bombshell today is just a bling encrusted dud. Too bad that the class of the past can't be reborn today.

"I was not a born actress. No one knows it better than I. If I had any latent talent, I have had to work hard, listen carefully, do things over and over and then over again in order to bring it out."

P.S. - Even if we don't wear the moniker of thespian on our sleeves, to some extent we wear it within our hearts.
