Satori

When you get to the top of a climb there comes a time to breathe deep and gather in the air of satori.  I am gathering  the next illusion that keeps me from my delusions.

All humans are on that road to nirvana. And, the hardest part is taking that first step. Taking a deep inhalation of freedom and fresh air is that moment of satori. We all look for it. And, it's always fleeting. It seems like trying to catch lightning in a bottle. Or, pinching mercury between two fingers.

I guess from childhood, it would be the feeling of squeezing Jell-o between thumb and index finger. But, then again, we're all big kids on the inside.

(Aaah, the joys of letting nostrils be seduced & relieved by the sweet air of blue clouds)
