My thinking side has no clue of what might be ahead, it often holds my spirits head under water....I long to break this bond.... sometimes its tighter and sometimes I am free
It seems that the ability to just turn our minds off, is something that is harder than tunneling through Everest with a feather. I often it amazing of how an ordinary day can become special. For me, it can be a simple email (or two) sent from a friend. Even if the words aren't like a lovely sonata, the thought behind them can bring a smile to my face.
Unless we are amongst that lucky group of people who can tell what is ahead in the future, we all must wait with fingers crossed for a pleasant outcome. I guess, JB, if we don't keep that optimism in our hearts, our souls will remain trapped in a bog of pessimism.
And, believe you me, heels of stilettos don't take too kindly to sinking in quicksand....
